My visit with hundreds of General Choi
The visit to Chitwan is always fantastic. I have been studying Martial Art for 15 years and there is no doubt, Gichin Funakoshi and General Choi Hong Hi are my idol Martial Artists. Funakoshi, I believe, the key person and the founded of the Morden Martial Art through his great Shotokan, where as General Choi Hong Hi is the founder of Taekwon-Do, which I believe the great scientific are and like to respect him as the Martial Art philosopher.
Almost eight hundred players in Chitwan are practicing Taekwon-Do. There hard work is the great story of martial art as they all believe the philosophy of Taekwon-Do that General Choi Hoing Hi produce, will boost up their life and will carry them on the success. I feel very opportune to be with them whenever I got the Chance. I got a chance to train them in the last March. But, that was different, I taught them less and taught by them more.
There Dojang is on the open surface. The Sky is the roof and the earth is the mat. They practice Taekwon-Do in the thick fug inside the Jungle, and some time, the rhinoceros are also practice Taekwon-do with them. I mean, while practicing Taekwon-do, some time the jungle animals and specially Rhinoceros are very near some time just 10 meters near by the players who practicing Taekwon-do. Oh my goodness, the great moment of training.
Now go to the another dojang, that is in the middle of the village. The players gathers slowly after their school and look out there Doboks, every players has different logos and different styles. Some peoples are using the white Dobok with Red Text of Taekwon-Do, Some has red and black Text and the logos are different. Some uses the Karate Doboks, some uses WTF Doboks, and they are like the mixture. One of my friend instructor who was with me asked me “Don’t you need the same dress? All must have the same dress that is the rule of Taekwon-Do ITF, but why you are not saying any one to change their dress to the typical taekwondo? “ I answered – “Even one human can play Taekwon-Do without dress. What we have to care on their family status. The dress which they are using now, is even more for them, they have not such a financial capacity to buy the new Dobok. But see on their attitude, they just erased the text of their previous art from their Dobok and write there ITF Taekwon-Do. That indicates that slowly ITF Taekwon-Do is going stronger than other martial art here in Chitwan. But, we have to notice one important thing that is either he is going to erase the ITF Taekwon-Do and will write the New Art there? This is the important question, and I am here to make sure that he will no more write any new text in his Dobok.
I have seen General Choi in their heart, in their attitude, and in their eyes. The innocence way to learn ITF Taekwon-Do is different than you are learning it intentionally.
I don’t like to write more now, and will post it step by step, but this is sure,
Whenever I like to meet General Choi Hong Hi, I will come to Chitwan and will meet him. Do you wish to meet General Choi Hong Hi?

Martial Art is more than kicking and punching
The most of the people generally think that martial art is the game of kicking and punching. In traditional thought, Martial Art defined as the major tool of Self Defense. Is it True?
Definitely it is true, but it is not the full definition of Martial Art. If it is the art of self defense, they, whey the involvement of woman is very rare in the past years? Though, self defense is slightly more important for the Woman in compare with Men.
You may think that martial art movements are only about kicking the heart out of your opponents. Well, partly you are right. But behind the fun and excitement of breaking your enemy's nasal cartilage or poking out his eyes, martial arts training can well be considered as an excellent workout.
This is why there are a lot of people nowadays who go on trying to learn how to kick and punch not because they want to join a brawl in a bar. Rather, many people want to increase their body's metabolism, improve secretion of certain brain chemicals, or simply enhance their overall well-being.
Martial arts can help you gain skills that are high above any ordinary individual. But few people know the health benefits that come with such deadly exercises. The positive effects of these exercises in one's health can be best demonstrated by comparing the physical condition of older martial arts practitioners with their non-practicing contemporaries. You will easily find that martial artists look years, if not decades, younger than other members of their age bracket who believe in sedentary lifestyle.
Truly, undergoing martial arts training allows you to enjoy a unique program that combines exhilarating adrenaline rush with a no nonsense workout. Here are a few advantages that martial arts can bring to your overall health.
The major benefit of Martial Art is, it increases the capacity of Brain. As, it is scientifically proved, the human brains are divided into two parts as named left and right. If the human right parts of the body are active, the left brain works where as if left parts are active, the right brain works. That means, more you use the body parts of left more the right brain will be active and sharper as well in the case of left part movement. Martial Art is the Art, where all the parts of the body are active. That means, one martial artist both brains are almost equally used, where, the normal peoples one parts are more active that others, e.g. some peoples’ left hand is good where as some peoples are right hand.
Thus, I suggest every one to start Martial Art as you can. The age is never the barrier for the Martial Art Training.
